Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Gift Vouchers cannot be used for reservations within three (3) working days of purchase. The voucher must be presented on check-in, is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with other offers. The voucher is for a one-time use and cannot be split into part/s for later use.

Any remaining credit cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred. Bookings are subject to availability and black-out dates apply.
